RYC: I didn't mean to offend you, those were just some of my concerns in allowing my kids complete freedom. I still don't really understand if I raise my children to believe that THEY are first, and whatever they want or need comes first, above all else, including me as their mother, when do they learn that's not the kind and considerate way to live? One good thing I was taught was to put others in front of yourself, and I guess I don't see where or how that fits into this philosophy of parenting. I'm sure your children are wonderful, my comments were not directed towards anyone's children, they were my own fears.

For some odd reason I can't seem to comment on your new site. Something always happens and it seems differant each time....I give up! I am reading tho. I love that pic you posted of Dad...could you possibly get a print and bring it when you come? See you in a little over a week!
